1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Happians (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
Happians provides online language learning programmes for students in Class 7 to Class 12. Students under the age of 18 must use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
3. Classes and Scheduling
Classes are conducted live by teachers assigned by the Platform. Schedules, batch timings and any changes are communicated directly to the registered email address. We reserve the right to reschedule or reassign teachers when necessary.
4. Payments
Course fees and payment terms are communicated separately before enrolment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.
5. User Conduct
Users must behave respectfully during classes, protect their account credentials, and not share lesson materials outside the Platform. Misconduct may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, trademarks and logos on the Platform are owned by Happians or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or reproduce them without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Happians is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
